Learn the basics of wool applique while you make this handy beautiful needle case.  Learn how to apply the wool circles to the background with invisible stitches so that you can embellish the circles with textural embroidery stitches.  You will use hand-dyed wools, hand-dyed velvets, as well as quilting cotton, for the circles.  A fabric kit will be included with the class fee. There will be a choice of colours. Extra kits will be available for sale if you'd like to make more than one.  You will need to bring a sewing kit (needles, scissors, etc.) and provide the embroidery threads. We have a full selection of DMC floss and pearl cotton by Sue Spargo.  If you love wool applique or have wanted to try it, please join us for the class.
