Store Policies

Class Information

Classes may be paid for in the store, online, or you can call the store with a credit card to register. Refunds will be given on class fees up until one week prior to the first class in the series. If you need to withdraw please let us know as soon as possible.

Please make sure that when you come for a quilting class, you bring a full sewing kit (thread, scissors, pins, needles, rulers, rotary cutter) and that your machine is equipped with a 1/4" foot and is in good working order. If you don't know your machine well, please bring its manual along with you to class.

Patterns for all classes must be purchased by each individual due to copyright laws.

Due to the close quarters in a classroom setting, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes to class.

If the class does not fill to the minimum registration number, we will contact you to let you know that the class is cancelled and that your class fees will be refunded.

When weather conditions are poor, we will follow the closures of the local schools. If they are closed, we will be closed. If a class is scheduled, we will cancel it and reschedule it for another day and time.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within Canada. If you need shipping outside of Canada please contact us directly.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will refund products that haven't been cut specifically for you. We ask that you please return these items with their original packaging. Yarns can be returned, if they are still labeled and in their original presentation.  If you have asked us to wind them for you, we regret that we cannot give you a refund as they are not in their original condition. The refund policy for classes can be found above under Class Information.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at the time of checkout may include Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order, or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
