You will learn about the fibres, how to lay the roving, how to agitate the wool to felt it and what to look for when the pre-felt stage is finished. You will the learn the final stage that shrinks the wool so that it becomes a stable fabric that won't pill. You will make a small piece that can be framed and hung. We will also talk about ways to embellish the finished project. All materials for this project will be included in your class fees.
